Control
During
each step of our production process, rigorous ISO 9001 work
instructions are followed. In order to ensure the
highest level of quality, these work instructions along with
our employees adherence to them, are constantly audited.
In addition, before any finished roll leaves our facility, it
has to pass stringent tests designed to measure concentricity,
total indicated runout, hardness, surface RA, bonding, cover
quality, core and journal balancing, and packaging.
Because of our advanced quality control system, we can
guarantee our roll covers against any manufacturing defect for
one year after leaving our shop.
